The Process.

1. The easiest way to rent with JSM is through our online booking process. This can be started through one of the many booking buttons spread throughout our site.

2. From here, you select the time period of your rental, the starting time, the number of people in your party, and any additional options. Payment is done entirely online. Please note: Gas is not included. You will be charged the price of the gas you use plus the employee’s time to refill the tank after the rental unless you fill up the gas tank completely prior to the end of your rental.

3. Once booked, you will get an email receipt and a link to our online waiver, policy, and participant safety acknowledgment. Please make sure that all participants including minors fill this out prior to meeting us on the day of your rental.

4. Finally, you meet us on the day of your rental at the time and place you selected during checkout. The address of the Congamond Lakes’ North Launch is 93 Point Grove Rd, Southwick, MA 01077. Please try to meet us 15-20 minutes before your rental begins as we do give brief operational and safety instructions as well as finalize any paperwork.

   • Full refunds are offered for any cancelations two weeks prior to your rental. Free reschedules are offered in the case of severe rain/unsafe weather conditions. We do try to be as lenient as possible but please note it is up to JSM to authorize a rescheduling.

   • Please note: A CPWO, PWC, or valid vessel operator’s license OR 2+ years of boating experience is required to operate a rental vessel
